Gerard was extremely patient and accommodating during the planning and design process. We changed our minds numerous times and Gerard was always very courteous, professional and patient. Dear Gerard & Staff,

We made a decision to remodel our outdated beach house kitchen. How could this be? achieved, we live in Bethesda, MD. and our cottage is in Old Lyme, CT. On a recommendation from an old time friend we contacted Covenant Kitchens and Baths. Gerard and his staff were most helpful (primarily by phone) during the planning stages. Once construction started workers were on the job everyday. We can’t praise the workmanship enough, especially, Dan, the carpenter – a perfectionist. Adrian, supervisor of the job was outstanding and always available when needed? Gerard, your workers were always courteous, on time, clean and offered us many good suggestions. We can not praise them enough and that goes for you, Gerard and your office staff.

We love our new kitchen.

Dear Gerard & Company,

It’s hard to believe that this month marks the 7 year anniversary of the start of our kitchen renovation! And we still love it!!! I still marvel at how Covenant Kitchens transformed our dingy, drab, cramped and UGLY space into a beautiful gourmet kitchen that has even inspired Craig to start cooking!!!

Our only regret is that:

We did not have the upstairs bathroom done by your team at the same time as the kitchen…

That we did not have Covenant do the bathroom job when we finally got around to it 3 years ago.

This was a classic case of “penny-wise, pound-foolish.”

I felt at the time that we could not afford to go with Covenant, much as we would have liked to. What a mistake! To save a few thousand dollars, we got an uninspired design and shoddy craftsmanship. I hate it. Unfortunately, unless we win the lottery, we cannot re-do it again.

I just want you to know, however, that our kitchen continues to give us (and our friends and family, who refuse to go in the living room, anymore…) a great deal of pleasure.

Dear Covenant Kitchens & Baths,

When Steven and I started looking for cabinets with a very low budget we started at The Home

Depot and Lowes, but we were pressed for time and we did not feel comfortable with the service

we might get if something went wrong. So we decided that even though we were going to go

over our budget we would rather be comfortable with our choice and not have to worry about

chasing someone for answers.

Gerard and his staff gave us great service – they were always there if we had a question or to

rectify a manufacturer mix up. Thank you for making our kitchen come together without any big

disasters! Your service is outstanding and that wins over price!

The kitchen project went smoothly. The minor problems you and your staff handled beautifully.

I’ve had many people say ----our kitchen is one of the loveliest they have seen. Not only does it look good, but its also functional-what a plus!!

My advice to future customers is spend within your budget, plan on life being crazy and always be grateful for the end result.
